Can I restrict a Cloud user to a specific network?

es. A "Regular" user is restricted to a specific site or set of sites.  You can give the user write access to the site ("Manager" role), read-only access to the site ("Guest" role) or set custom permissions, as shown below:


You could therefore put all of a specific network's devices into a single site or group of sites and assign the user to those sites.
