How do I remotely reboot my device?
Follow these steps to reboot a single device:
- Login to your Cloud and
navigate to the dashboard page of the device you'd like to reboot. (Device menu->Dashboard)
- Click on the gear icon from the main device menu (located at the top of the page), and under the REALTIME ACTIONS menu, choose the Reboot option.
Your device will reboot immediately.
Follow these steps to reboot multiple devices:
- Login to your Cloud and
navigate to the site-level devices page.
Select which devices you'd like to reboot from the list by checking the boxes to the left of their name(s):
- From the ACTIONS menu at the top of the table, choose the "Reboot" option.
Your device(s) will reboot immediately.
NOTE: Your device(s) must be online and connected to the Cloud for this feature to work.
